Each studio space at Milo Arts is unique, as much a product of the vision of prior tenants as of any master plan. Studios vary in size from the closet-sized studio 214 (200 square feet) to the wide-open spaces of studios such as studio 205, with over 1000 square feet of space and a thirteen foot ceiling. Some studios are fully equipped, with private baths and kitchens, while others have only partial kitchens or less. Studios in the 1894 and 1920 sections feature lovingly restored tiger maple floors and tin ceilings. Many studios have expanded the available floor space by taking advantage of high ceilings to create loft spaces.
